  • 1 mother of kombucha
  • 1L coffee
  • 70g sugar

Preparation

1. Prepare coffee and add sugar
2. Once cooled, place the kombucha mother in the container and close with a cloth and rubber band.
3. Leave to ferment for 7 days at room temperature, tasting regularly until the desired flavor is obtained.
4. Store in the fridge and consume the drink the week after fermentation is complete.
