Do you love carrots but you are tired of traditional grated carrots or other carrot purees? Change! Here is a new cans which, inevitably, goes hand in hand with new carrots.

Carrot

Salt

10 g

Butter

120 g

Sugar

40 g

Steps

Cut them carrots previously washed and peeled into thin slices.
Start cooking the carrots over low heat for 10 minutes in salted water with butter, salt and sugar.
Pour your Vichy carrots in the jars Le Parfait Great up to 2 cm from the edge.
Close and immediately proceed to the heat treatment of your Vichy carrots canned, 1 hour 15 minutes at 100°C.

Bonjour,
Peut on remplacer le beurre par de la margarine car je suis allergique aux produits laitiers ? ou bien supprimer le beurre ? Merci
