  • 120g coral lentils
  • 60g sundried tomatoes
  • 30g oil
  • Curry
  • Cumin powder
  • Curcuma
  • Salt
  • Pepper

1. Cook the coral lentils according to the instructions (20 mins in boiling water), then drain.
2. Moisten the dried tomatoes, if necessary, in a small bowl of hot water for 5 minutes.
3. In a blender, add the coral lentils, dried tomatoes, oil, salt and spices. Blend until smooth. Add a little water if the texture is too dense.
4. Fill your terrines to the level indicated by the line (approx. 2 cm from the edge). Close and heat immediately for 1h30 at 100°C.
