Familia Wiss capsules made in France are essential for all preservation processes with Familia Wiss Le Parfait Terrines!

Very easy to use, they are perfect for both seasoned preservatives and beginners.

Sold in boxes of 12 capsules, each diameter corresponds to a size of Terrine Familia Wiss:

⌀ 82mm: For Familia Wiss terrines 200g.

⌀ 100 mm: For Familia Wiss terrines 350g, 500g, 750g, 1000g.

⌀110 mm: For Familia Wiss terrines 1000g & 1500g.

N.B: You must puncture the capsule to be able to open your terrine, so it must be changed after each use. Do not hesitate to bring your jar opener to make your job easier!
