  • 40 g chives
  • 400 g Parmesan cheese
  • 40 g pine nuts
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 80 g olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

1. Blend all the ingredients together.
2. Fill the terrines to within 2cm of the rim.
3. Close the terrines with the slices and heat for 1h15 at 100°C.
