Recipe Brugnons and Raspberries Jam

Spread the flavors of summer with this jam combining the sweet and generous flesh of brugnon, a cousin of the peach, and small raspberries with a subtle taste. With this recipe, you will be able to enjoy them all year round.

  • 400 g brugnons without pits
  • 400 g raspberries
  • 700 g granulated sugar
  • 1 small lime
  • Nutmeg

  • Wash and pit the brugnons, weigh 400 g and cut them into pieces.
  • Wash the lemon, slice it into thin slices while removing the seeds.
  • Put the sugar with ½ glass of water in your jam basin and bring to the boil then add the nectarines, raspberries, lemon and ½ spoonful of grated nutmeg. Leave to cook for 7 minutes.
  • Check the cooking by pouring a few drops onto a cold plate then tilting the plate. The jam should flow slowly.
  • Skim and proceed without delay to potting.
