- Pour the powdered sugar, dry white wine and alcohol in a clean jar. Close and dissolve the sugar for 24 hours, waving moderately from time to time.
- The next day, brush, wash and dry the oranges and lemons. Cut them in half, then in half-round. Add the fruits to the jar with a cinnamon stick and a split vanilla pod.
- Close the jar and let macerate in a cool place and out of light for 8 weeks, shaking once a week.
- Filter the preparation through a fine cloth, transfer to bottles using a funnel. Hermetically butcher and wait 15 days before tasting fresh, an aperitif or digestive.
