  • 1/3 of flowers
  • 2 lemon slices
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons sugar
  • filtered water

1.Mix everything together and close the jar for a few days.
2.Stir every day until the first fermentation bubbles appear. This is a sign of good fermentation!
3.Filter and pour into a Swing Top bottle for a further 2 to 3 days. Remember to degas to avoid the surprise of an explosion!
