Recipe Spanish-Style Potatoes

Olé, potatoes with Iberian flavors. You will appreciate these sunny mixtures of chorizo, onions and peppers which will give you the potato!

Number of persons: 4 servings
  • 500 g new potatoes
  • 2 or 3 peppers depending on their size, and of different colors
  • 2 onions
  • 1 chorizo
  • Salt, pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (for color)
  • Water
  • Olive oil

  1. Peel and chop the onions, then sauté them in a bit of olive oil in a stockpot.
  2. Add the potatoes (peeled and sliced), a few slices of chorizo, and the sliced bell peppers.
  3. Salt and pepper. Add the paprika Cayenne pepper (to taste).
  4. Pour in water to cover, and let stew for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Fill the Le Parfait Super jars up to 2 centimetres below the rim. Close the jars and immediately begin the heat treatment process for 60 minutes at 100°C.
