Recipe Red plum and Golden apple compote

- Wash the fruit. Peel and cut the Golden apples into large cubes. Halve the red plums and remove the stones. Cut the plum halves in half and place all the fruit in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Sprinkle the fruit with sugar and cover the bowl with cling film. Place in the microwave at 900W for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Once cooked, blend the fruit in a blender to obtain a more or less fine purée, depending on your taste.
- Fill the Le Parfait super 125 terrines with compote up to 2 cm from the rim. Close and heat immediately for 45 minutes at 100°C.
