Recipe Peach chutney

  • 6 white peaches
  • 2 red onions
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 lemon
  • 120 g honey
  • 5 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp ginger powder

  • Wash and peel the peaches, then dice finely. Peel and finely chop the onions.
  • Place the peaches, onions, honey, cider vinegar, ground ginger, cinnamon stick, cloves, lemon zest and a glass of water in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and keep at a gentle simmer, stirring regularly, for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the cinnamon stick and place in jars, then immediately heat for 30 minutes at 100°C.
