  • 900ml kefir
  • 2 organic oranges
  • 1/2 vanilla pod

1. Prepare your traditional kefir following our recipe: Kefir
2. Split the vanilla and remove the seeds.
3. Squeeze the oranges then strain the juice and add your vanilla beans to the mixture.
4. Add the mixture and the kefir to a Swing Top Le Parfait lemon fountain and close the bottle.
5. After fermentation at room temperature for 2 to 3 days, place your recipe in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
