- Carefully clean the carrots and cut into pieces.
- Cook the carrots and lentils using the technique of your choice. Once cooked, blend them in a blender. Add a pinch of salt if necessary.
- Fill the Le Parfait Super 125 terrines to within 2 cm of the rim, close and heat immediately for 45 minutes at 100°C.
