Mirabelles Plums With Eau-de-vie Recipe
1kg Mirabelle plums
250g icing sugar
1l 40% white eau-de-vie
1 cinnamon stick
Number of servings4 to 6
- Wash, drain and dry the Mirabelle plums.
- Cut them in half along the stems. Place the fruit in the Le Parfait Super Jars. Add the icing sugar (250g of sugar for 1kg of fruit) and 1 cinnamon stick and completely cover with eau-de-vie.
- Close and leave to marinate. During the first few days, shake the jar regularly.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from light and wait 3 months before eating
