1kg Mirabelle plums

250g icing sugar

1l 40% white eau-de-vie

1 cinnamon stick

Preparation

  1. Wash, drain and dry the Mirabelle plums. 
  2. Cut them in half along the stems. Place the fruit in the Le Parfait Super Jars. Add the icing sugar (250g of sugar for 1kg of fruit) and 1 cinnamon stick and completely cover with eau-de-vie.
  3. Close and leave to marinate. During the first few days, shake the jar regularly. 
  4. Store in a cool, dry place away from light and wait 3 months before eating
