Recipe Raspberry and tonka jam
IngredientsNumber of persons: 2 jars
1.Place the raspberries, sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan.
2.Reduce over low heat for 5 minutes, crushing the raspberries.
3.Grate in the tonka bean and stir well, then reduce the mixture over high heat for a further 15 minutes, stirring regularly.
4.Transfer the jam to the jars and seal tightly.
Tip: to check that the jam is ready, pour a few drops onto a cold plate, then tilt the plate. If the drops run off slowly, the jam is ready. If the drops run off quickly, leave the jam on the heat for longer.
