- Preheat the oven to 150°C.
- Mix the very soft butter and the sugar with a fork then with a whisk.
- Add the flour and yeast, then the eggs one by one, still whisking until you obtain a homogeneous cake batter.
- Divide the dough in two. In 3/4 of the preparation add a little vanilla powder (just sprinkle), mix well.
- Mix the remaining 1/4 of the dough with the pistachio paste.
- Butter the terrine(s) well, as for a cake mold, then fill a base with vanilla paste, then the pistachio paste in a streak, then the vanilla paste again. Make sure not to fill the terrines more than half as the cake will swell.
- Pre-cook without lid in the oven at 150°C for 20 minutes. Leave to cool for 1 hour so as not to burn.
- Position the capsule, close and heat treat your marble cake for 45 minutes at 100°C.
