Recipe Parsley consommé

- Carefully wash the parsley, peel the potato and dice.
- Bring 75 cl of water to the boil in a large saucepan, then add the chicken stock cube and the diced potato. Boil for 5 minutes.
- Add the parsley and turn off the heat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix and blend.
- Fill the Le Parfait Super jar to within 2 cm of the rim. Close and heat immediately for 45 minutes at 100°C.
Just before serving: you can thicken the soup with cornflour and/or add a little crème fraîche.
