Recipe Nut wine

- Wash the nuts then roughly crush them by giving them just a light tap with a hammer.
- Place the nuts in the Le Parfait Super 3L jar, add the sugar, cinnamon, cloves and vanilla. Pour the wine and brandy on top.
- Close your jar and leave to macerate for 4 months, shaking the jar every day.
- Filter the walnut wine and bottle it. Cap tightly, label and date. Store in a cool place away from light. Wait until summer to consume it very cold as an aperitif.
