Recipe Natural porcini mushrooms

- Choose fresh porcini mushrooms, clean them by removing the earthy or damaged parts and dry them with a damp cloth. avoid rinsing them. If it is really necessary, quickly run them under cold water and drain them on a cloth. We recommend separating the feet and heads.
- Brown the porcini mushrooms in hot oil for about 15 minutes.
- Salt lightly. Leave to cool then store the porcini mushrooms in the Le Parfait jars.
- Add a little oil and immediately proceed to the heat treatment for 1 hour 45 minutes at 100°C.
Tip: After opening the jars, brown your porcini mushrooms over low heat with a little olive oil. Depending on your taste, you can add garlic, parsley or shallots. Serve hot!
