Recipe Express onions

This recipe is super practical! It allows the rapid preparation of a dish requiring onion, avoiding the chore of peeling and crocodile tears. We cry alone once and for all.   • 1 kg of red onions
  • 80g olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Peel the onions and cut them into small cubes.
  • In a salad bowl, mix the onions with the olive oil. Salt and pepper according to your taste.
  • Distribute among the terrines, packing the terrine, the cooking onion will decrease in volume.
  • Close and immediately proceed to heat treatment: 40 minutes at 100°C.
