Recipe Cherry-Mint Jam

Summer is the time for red fruit jams! The delicious cherry jam with fresh mint is sure to delight your senses. Have you got your jam jar? Then let's go cherry picking!

  • 1.2 kg stoned cherries 
  • 1-2 sprigs of mint or 5-6 mint tea bags
  • 1 kg jam sugar

  1. Cook the cherries and mint leaves or mint tea bags with 1 or 2 glasses of water for about 30 minutes, until the cherries are tender.
  2. Add the sugar, stir well and bring to a rolling boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat. 
  3. Check the set by pouring a few drops onto a cold plate and tilting the plate. The jam should flow slowly.
  4. Immediately pour jam into Le Parfait Jam Jars, including a mint leaf in each jar.
  5. Seal tightly and turn the jars upside down.
