Recipe Canned carrot purée

- Wash and peel the carrots and potato.
- Cut into pieces.
- Cook the carrots and potatoes using the technique of your choice (steaming, in a pressure cooker, in the microwave).
- Once cooked, place in a blender and add salt, pepper and cumin.
- Immediately pour the purée into the Le Parfait jars to within 2 cm of the rim, close the jars and heat for 1 hour at 100°C.
Store the jars in your cupboards. Before serving them for baby's meal, add a square of fromage frais or, if baby is already a little older, you can add some lemon.
Don't forget to prepare labels for the jars so you can identify baby's meals and date the recipe.
