- In the mixer bowl, add the beet cut into pieces, the garlic cut into pieces, the drained chickpeas, lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper and cumin.
- Mix until you get a very homogeneous texture.
- Fill your terrines to the level indicated by the line (approx. 2cm from the edge). Close the terrines and immediately proceed to the heat treatment for 1 hour at 100 ° C.
