Ingredients

Number of persons: For 4 servings
  • 200 g of natural bacon
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 potatoes
  • 6 carrots
  • 300 g of very fresh green beans
  • 200 g of very fresh peas
  • 1 to 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of tomato paste
  • 1 cube of egg stock
  • Olive oil
  • 30 g of butter
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

  • Peel and cut the potatoes and carrots into pieces and slices. Clean and hull the green beans. shell the peas. mince the onion and garlic.
  • In a pressure cooker, brown the sliced onion and 2 cloves of garlic with the bacon in a little olive oil.
  • Add the potatoes, carrots, green beans. Brown a little, add salt and pepper then cover with water, adding the tomato paste, the crumbled stock cube and the butter.
  • Close the casserole and let cook for about 15 to 20 minutes from the moment the casserole whispers. At the end of cooking, open the casserole and add the peas. Leave to cook for another 5 minutes without a lid.
  • Fill the jars with a slotted spoon, cover with the cooking juice up to 2 cm from the edge and immediately heat treat for 90 minutes at 100°C.
