Recipe Pork ribs with honey

Sweet/salty always has its effect! With this recipe, make an irresistible marinade with spicy flavors and honey that gives the flesh softness and softness. Just this once, finger licking accepted!

  • 1 kg of pork ribs
  • 20 cl of ketchup
  • 4 tbsp. of honey
  • 2 tbsp. of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. of powdered ginger
  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Cut the meat between the bones and mix the rest of the ingredients to obtain the marinade.
  • Place the pieces of meat in a dish which has been coated with marinade. Cover with another layer of sauce and let sit for 1/2 hour to 2 hours.
  • Place the dish in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C. Then turn the pieces over and cover with the remaining marinade. Cook again for 15 minutes at 180°C.
  • Fill your Le Parfait Super jars with the pieces of pork ribs, cover with the sauce up to 2cm from the rim. Close then proceed without delay to the heat treatment for 75 min at 100°C. To be enjoyed cold, reheated in the oven or grilled.
