Ingredients

Number of persons: Several
  • 3 Williams pears
  • 8 apricots
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey

Recommended products

We recommend: Terrines Le Parfait Super > Terrine - 350g (Diameter : 85)

Preparation

  • Wash, peel and remove the stones and cores, then cut the fruit into small pieces.
  • Cook the fruit, sugar and honey over a medium heat until the desired consistency is reached. Stir regularly.
  • Immediately pour the compote into the Le Parfait jars to within 2 cm of the rim, and heat process for 40 minutes at 100°C.

Store the jars in your cupboards. From 5 months onwards, baby can eat with a spoon and from 6 months onwards can eat pieces (if he refuses to eat, adding milk to the compote can be a good idea). And don't forget to prepare labels for jars so you can identify baby's meals and date the recipe.
