Recipe Orange wine

- Pour the caster sugar, dry white wine and alcohol into the jar. Close and leave the sugar to dissolve for 24 hours, shaking moderately from time to time.
- The next day, brush, wash and dry the oranges and lemons. Cut them in 2, then in half slices and put them in the jar with the cinnamon stick and the vanilla pod.
- Close and leave to macerate in a cool, dark place for 8 weeks. Shake once a week.
- Transfer the mixture into bottles using a funnel, filtering through a fine cloth. Stopper and wait another 15 days before enjoying chilled as an aperitif or digestive.

Faut que le contenant soit fermé de façon hermetique. Ma voisine fait sa macération dans une grande gamelle et ferme juste en posant le couvercle.
je rajoute badiane clou de girofle à la canelle vanille plus subtil
