Recipe Orange jam

- Peel the oranges without leaving any white skin. Cut them into pieces and remove seeds and membranes.
- mince some peels, previously well cleaned. Weigh the prepared oranges and add as much sugar as well as the zest. Put everything in the jam basin then mix.
- Bring to a boil. From this moment, count the cooking time: 7 minutes with gelling sugar, otherwise 15 minutes. Keep the heat high and stir often.
- Check the cooking by pouring a few drops onto a cold plate then tilting the plate. The orange jam should flow slowly.
- Skim then proceed without delay to place in a jam jar, close the lid and place the jars upside down for 1 minute, then put them back upright to let them cool.

J’utilise du sucre semoule normal et donc je fais 2h de cuisson pour10kg 🍊 et sucre.
Et passe le tout au moulin à légumes grosse grille. C’est parfais pour les tartines !!
