- To preserve red kidney beans naturally, remove the pods and leave to soak overnight.
- Drain and blanch the vegetables for a few minutes.
- Place in the Le Parfait Super jars and cover with boiling salted water (18g salt/litre) up to 4 cm from the rim (be careful, they will swell).
- Close the Le Parfait Super jars and immediately heat process the beans at 100°C for 90 minutes.
