Recipe Canned ham

Everything about the pork is good and for this recipe, the star is the shoulder! It couldn't be easier, this preserve without prior cooking, will allow you to enjoy this magnificent, tasty piece of pork whenever you want. Serve with steamed potatoes and a pinch of coarse salt.

Number of persons: To be defined according to the size of the ham
  • 1 pork shoulder
  • Bay leaves or crushed berries
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional: 2 sachets of powdered jelly preparation

Recommended products

We recommend: Terrines Le Parfait Familia Wiss > Terrine - 200g (Diameter : 82)


  • Wash and cut the ham so that the pieces fit into the terrines, limiting the empty space as much as possible.
  • Salt, pepper and add some crushed berries or bay leaves according to your taste.
  • Put everything in the Le Parfait super or Le Parfait Familia Wiss terrines.
  • Close and immediately proceed to the heat treatment, 3 hours at 100°C.

Option: If you like it in jelly, add the jelly following the preparation instructions when you fill the terrines.
