Ingredients

Number of persons: 4-6 servings
  • ½ Chicken
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Thyme
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Onion

Preparation

  • Pluck a hen, gut it and cut it in half. Salt and pepper the ½ hen.
  • Slip it into the jar and add the bay leaf, thyme, garlic and onion.
  • Cover with water up to 2 cm from the edge.
  • Close the jars of this recipe with a hen and proceed to the heat treatment for 2h30 at 100°C.
