- Peel and cut the carrots into thin rings.
- Put them in a cooking container with ½ liter of water and bring to a boil. Hold it by stirring from time to time until there is no more water. Carrots should be soft.
- Add the sugar, cinnamon stick and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, stirring for a 15zaine minutes. Make the cold plate test, a little jam on a cold plate that you lean must run gently.
- Skim and remove the cinnamon stick and then proceed to putting in jars. Close and put the jumpers upside down for 1 min, then put them back to the place to let them cool.
Do not forget to stick a jam label on each of the pots!

J’ai voulu tester par curiosité, mais bon ça ne casse pas trois pattes à un canard cette confiture. Le goût et la texture n’ont vraiment rien d’exceptionnels. Je ne la referai pas ; si j’ai un surplus de carottes je ferai plutôt une autre recette !
