Ingredients

Number of persons: 4 à 6 personnes
  • 1 kg de mirabelles
  • 250 g de sucre en poudre
  • 1 l d'eau-de-vie blanche à 40°C
  • 1 bâton de cannelle

Preparation

  1. Wash, drain and dry the mirabelles.
  2. Cut the tails half. Place the fruits in the jars Le Parfait Great. Add powdered sugar (250 g of sugar for 1 kg of fruit), 1 stick of cinnamon and completely cover with brandy.
  3. Close and let macerate. During the first days, regularly stir the jar.
  4. Store in a dry, fresh, sheltered place and wait 3 months before consuming
