Ingredients

  • 1,5 kg d'oranges non traitées
  • 1 kg de sucre gélifiant
  • 3 cl de Grand Marnier

Preparation

  1. Select 2 beautiful oranges, clean them and recover the zest with a thrifty. Immerse orange zest in water with small broths and leave them for 30 minutes. Cool them by soaking them in cold water, drain them and cut them into thin strips.
  2. Peel entirely, without leaving all the oranges with white skin, cut them roughly above a container, and recover 1kg of flesh and juice, without seeds or membranes.
  3. Mix the flesh and its juice with the orange zest and the sugar then cook for 7 minutes over high heat from boiling. Check the cooking by pouring a few drops on a cold plate then tip the plate. The orange jam must run gently.
  4. Just before the end of cooking your orange jam recipe, incorporate the Grand Marnier and mix.
  5. Split then proceed without waiting for the pots, close with the lids, turn them over for 1 min, then put them back to the place to let them cool.
