Ingredients

Number of persons: Terrines Le Parfait Super 125
  • 6 pêches de vignes
  • 6 pommes Royale Gala
  • 60 g de sucre
  • 1 sachet de sucre vanillé

Preparation

  1. Wash, peel the fruit and cut them into large cubes.
  2. In a saucepan, arrange the fruit cubes then add half the sugar and the sachet of vanilla sugar. Add 20 cl of water and bring everything to a boil. Once at a boil, add a lid to the pan and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.
  3. Once cooked, mix the fruit cubes using a hand blender and add the other half of sugar. Mix.
  4. Fill the terrines Le Parfait Super 125. Close the terrines and immediately proceed to the heat treatment, 45 min at 1200 ° C.
