Ingredients

  • 4 Holunderblütendolden
  • 2L ungechlortes Wasser
  • 200g Zucker
  • 2 Bio-Zitronen

    Preparation

    1. Check that your umbels do not contain small animals then mix them with the lemons cut into rings and the sugar.
    2. Add the unclosed water (if you don't have them, let your chlorinated water stand for a few hours before adding it to the recipe), then mix.
    3. Place your preparation in a warm place for 5 to 6 days, thinking of stirring daily until small bubbles are formed.
    4. Filter your drink then keep it in a lemonader swing top Le Parfait For 1 week by relieving the pressure from time to time.
    5. After 1 week you can consume your sparkling. It keeps a very long time and can be store in a cellar.

    You can also adapt the recipe with acacia or jasmine flowers
