- Put the blackberries and the blackcurrant in a Dutch oven. Bring to a boil over high heat. Stir with a wooden spoon by crushing the fruits. Boil 5 min: the fruits burst and make their juice.
- Then pour this blackcurrant juice and shade into a sieve above a container and let flow without squeezing.
- Weigh the juice obtained and add its weight of sugar. Pour into a jam bowl with blueberries and 500g of sugar.
- Bring this black blackberries, blackcurrant and blueberry jam. From this moment, count the cooking time: 7 minutes with a giant sugar, otherwise 15 to 20 minutes.
- Maintain a high fire and stir often. Make the jam test: Check the cooking by pouring a few drops on a cold plate then lean the plate. The jam must flow slowly.
- Split this craft jam and then carry out the jars, close and put the jars upside down for 1 minutes, then put them back to the location to let them cool.
