Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a salad bowl, mix the flour with the eggs and the yeast. Gradually add the olive oil and milk.
- Then add the grated Gruyere, the ham cut into pieces, the olives into pieces and the Provence herbs. Salt, pepper. Mix well.
- Butter the terrines and fill them halfway (the cake will expand when cooked!).
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C, leaving the terrines open and taking care not to put the slices in the oven!
- As soon as possible, taking care not to burn yourself, arrange the slices, close the terrines and immediately heat treat them for 1 hour at 100°C.
