Original toast!

The jams are not just the prerogative of sunny days! Apples, citrus fruits, dates ... also put in pots to brighten up your breakfasts or Sunday brunch.

Want a special jam to spread all year round? Or simply to test (marry two fruits, associate them with a spice, a grass…)? No need to use great means. Fruits and sugar, these are the basic ingredients of recipes for jams, frosts and marmelades. A recipe of childish simplicity that we dare not always tackle. And yet, so simple!
To make original winter jams, fill up on recipe ideas to fill your pretty jars and spread all year round.

-    Oranges jam at Grand Marnier
-    Oranges and lemons marmalade

Amazing recipes that will put your toast at the party ... and your taste buds at the same time!

The recipe to make your jams:

•    Step 1: Prepare your jams
Clean your jumpers and their lids with hot soapy water. Rinse abundantly with hot water. Let dry in the open air.
•    Step 2: Prepare your fruit
Choose the fruits. Wash them with lukewarm water. Put it, pit them and cut them into pieces if necessary.
•    Step 3: Mix
Add the sugar to the fruit and mix everything in a cooking container.
•    Step 4: Bring everything to a boil
Put on high heat and respect the cooking time given by your recipe.
•    Step 5: Check your jam
To check the right grip of your jams, pour a spoonful of burning jam on a cold plate, then tilt the plate.  The jam must sink gently and not be too liquid.
•    Step 6: Scouring
Pour the jam immediately into the jams Le Parfait. Close them with the capsules and return them immediately. We thus obtain a self -pasteurization.

It's a childish simplicity, right? So it's up to you!
