"Overnight" porridge : amandes et myrtilles

  • 30 g baby oat flakes
  • 80 ml milk
  • 60 g plain white yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 60 g blueberries 
  • 1 tbsp. sliced almonds

Preparation

1. Add oat flakes, yogurt and honey to the jar. 
2. Mix everything and let it rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight. 
3. Decorate with blueberries and flaked almonds. 

You can replace the honey with agave or maple syrup!
