"Overnight" porridge : noix de coco, kiwi et ananas

Ingredients

  • 30 g baby oat flakes
  • 10 g Rapè coconut 
  • 80 ml milk (cow's or vegetal) 
  • 60 g greek yogurt 
  • 1 teaspoon honey 
  • 40 g pineapple 
  • 40 g kiwi 
  • 1 tbsp. flaked coconut or grated coconut

Preparation

1. Add oatmeal, grated coconut, milk, yogurt and honey to the jar. 
2. Mix everything and let it rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight. 
3. Decorate with pineapple, kiwi and grated coconut. 

You can replace the Greek yoghurt with fromage frais and the honey with agave or maple syrup!
