Ingredients

Number of persons: 4 servings
  • Fresh tuna
  • Peppercorns
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Coarse salt

Preparation

  • Fill the terrines with the fresh fish.
  • Continue this tuna recipe by adding half a bay leaf, 3 peppercorns and half a teaspoon of coarse salt.
  • Then immediately proceed to the heat treatment for 3 hours at 100°C. The tuna will thus cook in its own fat.


Very good cold in salads or hot. Enjoy your food !

Bonjour, ne faut-il pas ajouter de l’eau pour recouvrir le poisson avant de stériliser ?
