Recipe Lentil and carrot purée

Green or coral, lentils can also be eaten mashed. Different and ultra-easy, this recipe is a must-try! What's more, if it's in season, it would be a real shame not to make it. What's more, you can prepare it for babies aged 18 months and over.

Number of persons: 3 / 4 terrines Le Parfait Super 125
  • Carrots
  • Lentils

Preparation

  • Carefully clean the carrots and cut into pieces.
  • Cook the carrots and lentils using the technique of your choice. Once cooked, blend them in a blender. Add a pinch of salt if necessary.
  • Fill the Le Parfait Super 125 terrines to within 2 cm of the rim, close and heat immediately for 45 minutes at 100°C.
