Number of persons: Depending on the quantity of beans
  • Kidney beans
  • Salt

Preparation

  • To preserve red kidney beans naturally, remove the pods and leave to soak overnight.
  • Drain and blanch the vegetables for a few minutes.
  • Place in the Le Parfait Super jars and cover with boiling salted water (18g salt/litre) up to 4 cm from the rim (be careful, they will swell).
  • Close the Le Parfait Super jars and immediately heat process the beans at 100°C for 90 minutes.
