Recipe Elderberry sparkling
Ingredients

1. Check your umbels for small bugs, then mix them with the sliced lemons and sugar.
2. Add the non-chlorinated water (if you don't have any, let your chlorinated water stand for a few hours before adding it to the recipe), then mix.
3. Place in a warm place for 5-6 days, stirring daily until bubbles form.
4. Filter your drink, then store it in a Swing Top Le Parfait limonadier for 1 week, relieving the pressure from time to time.
5. After 1 week, you can drink your sparkling wine. It keeps for a very long time and can be stored in a cellar.
You can also adapt the recipe with acacia or jasmine flowers.
