Ingredients

Number of persons: Depending on the number of cabbages
  • Cabbage
  • Salt
  • Water

Recommended products

We recommend: Jars Le Parfait Super > Jar - 0,25 l (Diameter : 70)

Preparation

  • Remove the leaves from the cabbages, first removing the section from the base of the cabbage to make it easier to remove the leaves.
  • Blanch the cabbage leaves in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  • Garnish the jars with the cabbage leaves. Pack them well when storing them.
  • Pour boiling water up to the level indicated on the jar, then add a teaspoon of coarse salt.
  • Close and proceed immediately to the heat treatment, 45 minutes at 100°C.

Mes feuilles subissent une attaque d’ aleurodes. Donc, je vais vite cueillir les feuilles encore épargnées pour les conserver dans des bocaux.

Bonjour les choux kale je les laisse en terre et prends les feuilles au fur et à mesure de mes besoins durant tout l’hiver. Ils ont besoin de froid pour que les feuilles soient tendres
