- Wash and peel the apples.
- For 1 kg of apples, cook the apples with 250 g of sugar, the zest of 1/2 lemon and a little cinnamon.
- Purée the mixture and pour as hot as possible into the Le Parfait Super terrines, up to 2 cm from the rim.
- Proceed immediately to the heat treatment, 35 minutes at 100°C in a pressure cooker (if you are using a larger container, increase the time, 45 minutes for a 1/2L Le Parfait Terrine jar for example).
