Preparation

- Then add the grated gruyère, the ham cut into pieces, the olives in pieces and the Provence herbs. Salt, pepper. Mix well.
- Butter the terrines and fill them halfway (the cake will swell when cooked!).
- Bake for 30 min at 180 ° C, leaving the terrines open and taking care not to put the rings in the oven!
- As soon as possible, taking care not to burn, arrange the washers, close the terrines and immediately proceed to the heat treatment 1 hour at 100 ° C.
