Ingredients

Number of persons: Pour 4 petites Terrines Le Parfait Super 125
  • 1 chou romanesco
  • 8 carottes violettes
  • 2 navets boule d'or
  • 3 cl d'huile d'olive vierge extra
  • 10 cl de vinaigre blanc d'alcool
  • 1 pincée de gros sel
  • Sel, poivre

Preparation

To taste a small baby pot, open the jar and have it warm in the microwave.
