  • 1 brin de menthe-bergamote
  • 1L d'eau non chlorée
  • 30 g de grain de kéfir
  • 1/2 citron
  • 1 figue sèche
  • 50g de sucre

Preparation

  1. Infuse the mint in cold water overnight.
  2. Add the Kéfir preparation: Kéfir recipe
